The Winter Solstice is almost upon us, marking the longest night of the year and the return of the light. This powerful event invites us to slow down, rest, reflect and release. As we step into this new cycle, the energy of the Solstice is all about rebirth, reflection and letting intentions for the year ahead.
The Winter Solstice is an opportunity to clear space within, let go of what no longer serves us, and open to the transformation that the coming light will bring. This sacred moment invites us to align with the natural cycles, honour the darkness and prepare to welcome the return of the sun with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity.

In January 2025, I’m offering my Bobinsana Dieta for those ready to dive deep into the wisdom and healing of this sacred plant. Bobinsana is a powerful teacher of love, intuition and spiritual clarity. During this 10 or 25 day dieta, we will work together in a supportive group to connect with the healing energy of Bobinsana, enhancing self-awareness and spiritual alignment.
