You are invited to join us for an intimate afternoon weaving sacred connection and deep, transformative healing with ancient healing methods. This sacred ceremony is designed to help you reconnect with your womb, heart and inner fire during the quiet stillness of winter.
Through the guidance of sacred medicines – Yoga, Hapeh, Sananga and a microdose of Kambo - we will also embark on a shamanic vision quest to shed old skin and awaken the radiant feminine energy within.

Winter is a time of reflection, rest and renewal. In the shamanic tradition, this season invites us to turn inward, to nurture the seeds of transformation that will bloom in the seasons to come. As we enter the year of the Wood Snake, this afternoon of ceremony offers an opportunity to harness the snake’s wisdom of shedding the old and embracing rebirth. The serpent reminds us to release what no longer serves us, to move with intention, and to kindle the inner fire that fuels growth and vitality.
What to Expect:
Sacred Medicines: (all are optional)
- Yoga – a slow flow with Yoga practitioner Kelly. Working with the solar plexus to centre, ground and prepare your body to receive the sacred medicines from the rainforest.
- Hapeh (Rapè) is a sacred plant medicine blown up the nostrils that helps to clear the mind, open the heart, and sharpen our focus.
- Sananga is administered into the eyes to clear spiritual and emotional blockages, heightening vision and awareness, helping to open the heart and mind to deeper connection and healing.
- Kambo is known as the "fire medicine," used to cleanse the body and soul. It’s a powerful purgative that clears toxins, but when used in microdoses, it offers a gentle yet profound reconnection to your inner spirit of fire. During this ceremony, the micro dose will encourage deep yet subtle healing, heightening your energy and empowering you to release emotional blockages without the intensity of strong reactions.
- Shamanic Vision Quest: Guided by frequency and me (Nancy), journey deep into your inner landscape. Connect with your womb and heart as sources of wisdom and creation and stoke the fires of transformation to prepare for the rebirth of spring.

Yoga with Kelly (2:00 PM - 2:30 PM)
Kelly is a certified yoga teacher passionate about yoga philosophy and the mind-body connection. Her journey began in 2014 as a purely physical practice, but personal challenges led her to explore its deeper, holistic benefits. Fascinated by the interplay of thoughts, emotions, and the body, she completed her 200-hour teacher training in Rishikesh, India, in 2024. Now, she approaches yoga as more than just asanas, focusing on breath, body, and mind integration. Kelly aims to create a supportive space for students to enhance flexibility, reduce stress, and explore yoga’s deeper dimensions at their own pace.
Sacred Medicine (2:30 PM - 3:45 PM)
Rapeh (Hapeh) to clear and centre the mind, creating focus for the ceremony.
Sananga for spiritual clearing and opening the heart and vision.
Kambo Micro dose application: In small doses, the medicine will ignite your inner fire, helping to shed old energies and reconnect with your soul's purpose.
Light Veg Soup & Bread Offering (3:45 PM - 4:00 PM)
Nourishing, light meal to help settle and integrate the medicine. This time allows for reflection and connection.
Shamanic Vision Quest (4:00 PM - 4:45 PM)
Guided journey through deep visualisation and inner exploration. This sacred journey will allow you to reconnect with your divine feminine power and perhaps even receive visions or insights for your path ahead.
Integration, Closing & Blessings Circle (4:45 PM - 5:30 PM)
Sharing experiences and insights in a supportive, nurturing circle.
Reflection on your journey, the messages received, and how you can carry the healing into your everyday life.
Final words, blessings, and a quiet closing to honour the sacredness of the ceremony.

I am an experienced curandera with over 25 years of working in the Amazonian traditions of plant medicines, Kambo, shamanic healing, Psychic surgery, and sacred ceremony.
