Happy New Year! I hope this season finds you feeling more grounded, inspired and ready to align with the transformative energy of Capricorn. With the Capricorn new moon upon us, it's a perfect moment to plant seeds of intention for the year ahead. Here's a ritual to help you re-align:

1. Create a Sacred Space: Light a candle and some grounding incense (like cedar or patchouli). Have a journal, a pen and a small crystal (obsidian or smoky quartz works beautifully) nearby.

2. Set Your Intentions: Write down 3-5 goals or intentions for the year ahead. Focus on areas where you want to create structure, stability or growth.

3. Visualise: Hold your crystal, close your eyes and visualise these goals coming to life. Imagine how they feel, look and unfold in your life.

4. Commit to Action: Write one small step you can take this week toward each goal. Capricorn energy favours practical consistent effort.

5. Seal the Ritual: Thank the energy of the new moon and Capricorn. Blow out the candle, keeping your crystal nearby to remind you of your intentions.
